About Steve Valvano:
Steve Valvano was first introduced to the Beatles by watching the Ed Sullivan show in February of 1964, at age 5 while in his pajamas. He was hooked on the band and began a deep connection with music from that day forward.
20 years ago, Steve (along with his family) was sent on assignment to work and live outside of London. This opportunity put Steve’s journey of deeper Beatles study on steroids, as he has experienced Liverpool over 25 times, with multiple visits to the Beatle’s childhood homes, schools, churches, studios, and the venues of their musical youth.
While boasting a private 100+ book library of Beatles research material, Steve has been asked to teach a Beatles course for Monmouth University’s adult education program. In the fall of 2025, Steve was invited to speak on the "Beatles and Leadership" at the "Everything Fab Four Symposium" on the 60th Anniversary of Rubber Soul in Asbury Park NJ. Steve writes a monthly blog of Culture Sonar about music (and sometimes the Beatles!)
Magical Mystery History delves deeply into the rich legacy of the Beatles. Passionate about their music and impact, Steve Valvano's discussions highlight the undeniable influence on music, culture, and society. From their early years to Beatlemania, to their musical artistry up to their breakup, Steve's insights captivate and inspire audiences, showcasing the timeless relevance of their work.
